+ HOT POT : Cleanse pre-cut meat with cooking wine and ginger. In a pot add 3 cup of water, cooking wine, slices of roasted ginger, and roasted cinnamon.When the meat almost tender, add some salt, rock sugar, seasoning powder, and 1 spoonful of the spice paste. Season it to your own taste. Then add perilla leaves, slice ginger, and sesame oil. + GRILL: Marinate 300 gr thinly sliced meats with minced lemongrass, sugar, seasoning powder, oil, sesame oil, and 1 spoonful of the paste for 1-2 hour then grill. + STIR FRY: Marinate 300 gr meat with 1 spoonful paste, minced chili peppers, seasoning powder, salt, sugar, sesame oil. Add oil, minced shallot, garlic and lemongrass to the pan, stir couple minutes. Then add marinated meat stir until it's cooked.
